Kara has practised Osteopathy for over 20 years and holds a postgraduate degree in Women’s Health Medicine with a focus on antenatal care. She has extensive training in cranial and biodynamic approaches, antenatal nutrition, and has been recognised by her profession as an Advanced Paediatric Osteopath. A qualified orofacial myologist, Kara provides gentle holistic evidence-based care for babies, children and their families. She assists with feeding difficulties, airway and tongue-tie assessment, general discomfort, developmental milestones, and family-centred whole-food nutrition. Known for her warm, unhurried manner, Kara creates a supportive, welcoming environment for all families.
