It’s easy to forget that really good reception can make a world of difference

At GC Osteopathy we pride ourselves in offering a great reception service

In a world of Chatbots, online bookings, endless text messages and emails that end up in spam, it’s really special to get someone on the other end of a phone that truly cares. Here at GC Osteopathy we use some of the techy stuff to communicate with clients and you will receive texts from us and phone messages and more. But — and it’s a BIG but — we don’t compromise on the ‘people-contact’. We have real live reception manning the phones from 9.00 am.

Our reception is experienced, having done the job for many years. A lot of effort is made to find you the appointment that you need. And we run a very proactive Waiting List so that we book urgent cases and those with particular requests, such as ‘I need after work’ or ‘must be during school hours’, in to specific days and specific times. Our Waiting List often prioritises babies, so that they can be seen as quickly as possible. Over time, ‘the regulars’ get to know our receptionists, and reception gets to know them. This builds a relationship that creates another level of service that is more friendly and more personal.

Our reception takes pride in good systems and good administration. We make sure your email is answered quickly, that paperwork required is sent promptly and if you are coming to the clinic on a GP Management Plan we make sure all your referral forms are in place before your consultation. And much, much more.

It all adds up to a great service and we are happy to say this has been commented on many times — ‘amazing reception, thank you’.
