Initial Appointment Paperwork
- When you book your first consultation, we email you some paperwork as a pdf and ask you to print this out, fill it in and bring it with you to your appointment.
- We have used this system for a while. However, since the Coronavirus Pandemic this system has proven invaluable because you arrive at the clinic at your appointment time and therefore it minimises people seated in our reception area.
- When you receive the paperwork, if you have any questions, give us a call and we are happy to help.
- If you do not have access to a printer, we can make an arrangement for you to come to the clinic early to fill in the paperwork.
- Everyone coming to the clinic for the first time fills in this paperwork, even if you are coming to us under a GP Management Plan, or claiming through DVA or Workcover.
Our Wait List
- We run a very active Wait List. If you cannot get an appointment day or time that suits you, we put you on the Wait List and call you if a relevant slot comes up.
How to Pay and Health Funds
- You can pay using your debit card or credit card, including American Express.
- Also you can use cash, if you prefer.
- If you have extras cover under a Health Fund, we can run your card through at the time of your appointment and you will need only to pay the gap.
Consultation Time
- We allow 40 minutes for every osteopathic appointment.
- And during the Coronaviris Pandemic, we allow additional time between every appointment for extra cleaning.
